PRIVACY NOTICE
During this private beta, we collect your email, invitation and account records, submitted Mokena address, adult and residency attestations, Terms and Privacy acceptance records, owner access decisions, listings, photos, and saved items. We do not collect identity documents, biometrics, live location, phone numbers, or payment information. Other members can see only your owner-confirmed general area near a public landmark or business and the listing information you publish, not your name, email, or exact address.
Interest list
If you join the public interest list, your email address is stored with Resend only to send a confirmation and one invitation or launch notice. It is not used for a newsletter. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time. Interest-list records are kept for no more than 12 months after the invitation period ends, unless you become a member sooner.
What we keep and for how long
Your submitted address is kept privately while your membership is active so the owner can support residency decisions. Closed application address data is scheduled for removal after 30 days unless an unresolved safety hold requires temporary retention. Invitation records and owner decisions may be retained for up to 24 months for safety and dispute history.
Listings and photos
Approved members can see the listing information and photos you publish. Your saved items remain private to your account. Listing photos are stored privately and delivered through short-lived links.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account immediately pauses access. Your member-visible account information will be removed within 72 hours, and your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except limited information kept for an unresolved safety or legal issue.
